Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By enrolling in and participating in any computer course offered by Tech Code Genius ("the Instructor"), you ("the Student") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not enroll in the courses.

2. Course Content and Delivery:

The Instructor will provide educational content related to development, design, and programming as outlined in the course syllabus.

The Instructor reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and delivery methods as necessary.

The Instructor will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of course materials, but cannot guarantee that all information will be entirely error-free.

Course materials, including but not limited to code samples, design templates, and presentations, are for educational purposes only and may not be used for commercial gain without explicit permission.

3. Enrollment and Payment:

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified by the Instructor.

Payment must be made through the designated payment methods.

Late payments may result in the Student being denied access to course materials or classes.

4. Student Conduct:

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all classes and interactions.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the Student being removed from the course without a refund.

Students are responsible for their own learning and are expected to actively participate in class discussions and assignments.

Students must not share course materials with individuals who are not enrolled in the course.

Students must not engage in plagiarism or other forms of academic dishonesty.

5. Intellectual Property:

All course materials, including but not limited to code samples, design templates, and presentations, are the intellectual property of the Instructor.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only.

Students must not reproduce, distribute, or modify course materials without the Instructor's explicit permission.

Any projects or assignments created by the student as a part of the course, can be used by the student for portfolio purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Instructor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Student's participation in the courses.

The Instructor does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes as a result of completing the courses.

The Instructor is not responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may occur during online classes.

7. Technical Requirements:

Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to participate in the courses.

The Instructor will provide information about recommended technical requirements, but is not responsible for any technical issues experienced by the Student.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The Instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation, students will be offered a full refund or the option to enroll in a future course.

In the event of a rescheduling, students will be notified as soon as possible.

9. Privacy Policy:

The Instructor will collect and use personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Student information will be used for course administration, communication, and marketing purposes.

The Instructor will not share student information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka/India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Karnataka.

11. Amendments:

The Instructor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Students will be notified of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Continued participation in the courses constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
